Take The Next Step 121 provides football coaching for children aged 3 to 14. Our services include:

After-school clubs
Group sessions
1-to-1 coaching
Birthday parties
Half-term camps

Sessions are available in Luton, Barton Le Clay, and Silsoe, Bedfordshire. All sessions are run by FA qualified, DBS checked, and insured coaches.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made online through our website and are subject to availability.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Full payment or deposit options are available depending on the session type.
For deposit bookings, the remaining balance must be paid by the date specified at checkout.
A booking confirmation will be sent to you by email.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations can be made through your parent portal.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timeframe and session type.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Guardian Declaration

A parent or legal guardian must complete the guardian declaration for each child. By signing the guardian declaration, you confirm:

You are the parent or legal guardian of the named child or children.
The information provided is accurate and complete.
You authorise your child to participate in football coaching activities.
You will inform us of any changes to medical conditions or emergency contacts.

The guardian declaration includes a digital signature which is legally binding.

6. Health and Safety

You must disclose all relevant medical conditions for your child at the time of booking.
You must update medical information if circumstances change.
Emergency contact details must be provided and kept up to date.
Coaches are first-aid trained and will act in the best interest of your child in an emergency.
We recommend appropriate clothing, footwear, and water for all sessions.
Photo consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.

7. Waitlist

If a session is full, you may join the waitlist.
You will be notified by email if a place becomes available.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place.

8. Account Terms

You may create an account to manage bookings, children's profiles, and preferences.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must not share your account with others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Acceptable Use
